Returns & Refunds

All sales are final on pre-sale items. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of pre-sale and made-to-order merchandise.

Exceptions — we will replace or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item or size
• Your order is lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Cancellations — Pre-sale orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production planning has begun.

Sizing — Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We cannot accept returns due to sizing issues.
